What services does Luxury Tax Pros offer?We offer comprehensive tax preparation services, including individuals and business tax filings. Our experienced professionals provide personalized strategies to maximize returns and minimize liabilities.

How does the tax preparation process work?Our process involves gathering necessary information including but not limited to your W2s, receipts, etc. We schedule your consultation call with either your desired Tax Agent, and from there we work closely together to ensure the filing information is accurate and efficient.

What documents do I need to upload for my taxes?To ensure a smooth process bring your ID or drivers license, W2, 1099, receipts for deductions, and any other relevant financial information. Your assigned Tax Agent will assist you with any other necessary information.

How do I know my information is safe through your online portal?Our secure online portal uses safe and efficient technology to transfer information.

How are your fees structured?We are proud to offer affordable tax filing rates started at $149.99

How long will it take to receive my tax refund?Our team works fast and prompt to ensure you receive your filings as fast as possible. We proudly offer advanced loans up to $6,000 cash. Several factors will come in to play to determine how quickly the IRS is able to process your refund.

Do you have an office I can file in person at?We offer two convenient ways to file. Either online through our website or directly through our APP! We do not have an in-person filing option at this moment.

What happens if I commit to file taxes with you and get enrolled in your credit repair program, but decide not to use your services?You will be unenrolled and charged a one time $99 processing fee.

How long is the credit repair program?It depends on the client. Enrollment is free (typically $179) which includes - initial credit coaching - dispute round of the negative items on your credit report You will be responsible for paying additional coaching and rounds at $129 ($149 if you have a public record) a month.

What do I need to take advantage of the promo with credit repair?Begin the tax filling process which all necessary documents excluding income requirements such as W2 if it's preseason. A copy of your drivers license or ID, proof of address to send to credit bureaus, and a card on file for future recurring payments.
